Who we are
Guava Consulting Group (“Guava,” “we”) runs this site at guava.agency. For any privacy question, email privacy@guava.agency.
What we collect
When you talk to us. The contact tool at /talk is a conversation. If you choose to share them, we collect your first name, email address, and the details you give about your project — what you need, your timeline, and the messages you send. We store this so we can reply and follow up.
When you browse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless: it records aggregate visit data — pages, referrers, country, device type — without tracking you across sites or building a profile. Our host also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the site.
Cookies and local storage
We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. If you set a light or dark theme, we save that choice in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it — a functional preference, not tracking. Embedded videos load only when you click play, and use YouTube’s no-cookie domain.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We use a small set of providers to run the site, each acting on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, cookieless analytics, and the database that stores inquiries.
- Anthropic — powers the assistant on /talk. The messages you send in that conversation are processed by Anthropic to generate replies.
- Resend — delivers the email that notifies us of your inquiry.
- Google Fonts — serves the site’s fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when fonts load.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and for our records, then delete them. Analytics data is aggregate and retained by Cloudflare on a rolling basis.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve given us. Email privacy@guava.agency and we’ll take care of it.
