What this is doing

The assistant is Acme Legal & Accounting’s reception desk. It follows the firm’s intake procedure: name, contact, the type of matter, the other parties with their spellings, key dates, documents and urgency. It replies in the language you write in.

Each message goes to the model with the intake record so far. The model updates the record and writes the reply; it is told to give no legal or tax advice and to send questions about the merits to the consultation.
When the required fields are in, the firm’s conflict search runs against its matter history, two hundred invented matters since 2019, by full name and by surname. A hit routes the intake to the responsible partner; the prospect is not told why.
A clear search offers the next two consultation slots (Tuesday 10:00–12:00, Thursday 16:00–18:00) with the $150 fee, credited against the first invoice.
Every sentence that commits the firm, the review, the slots, the booking, the hand-off, is written by the system, not the model. When the assistant is unsure it hands the conversation to a person.

In a firm this runs on the phone line, the website form and WhatsApp, writes into the matter system and books the shared calendar.
